Pertama sekali, aku nak jelaskan dekat sini kenapa aku padam pos aku pasal 'Cara menghantar surat ke luar negara'. Info yg aku bagi amatlah berguna untuk sesetengah orang. Tapi aku nak jelaskan dekat sini yang info-info dalam posting aku tu buat masa ni tidak mengikut keadaan sekarang yg sedang dilanda COVID-19.
Keadaan COVID-19 antara sebab Pos Malaysia menghentikan SEMUA international post mail dan package dari Malaysia ke luar negara kecuali Singapura sehingga diberitahu. Jadi, kalau korang nak rujuk harga setem untuk surat, poskad, parcel, aku minta maaf sebab tak dapat bantu. Aku terpaksa privatekan posting tu dulu. Sebabnya, ramai yg reply dkt posting tu "KENAPA BARANG SAYA TAK SAMPAI LAGI?" pada waktu COVID-19 sekarang, pos memang tak jalan. Jadi barang korang sama ada tersekat dekat KLIA hub atau di center Pos Malaysia. Disebabkan ramai yg rujuk dekat posting aku dalam waktu yg macam sekarang ni, dorang konfiden je hantar parcel padahal aku dah bagitahu yg Pos Malaysia dah maklumkan penutupan international mail dan parcels.
Jadi, harap korang faham. Maaf tak dapat bantu korang yg mana-mana barang tersangkut dekat Pos tu. Korang boleh call terus customer service dia. Aku bukan pegawai pos atau orang dalam pos jadi aku tak tahu status barang korang. Jangan bagi no tracking number korang disini sebab tu adalah privasi korang.
Aku janji aku akan update pasal harga surat terkini dan poskad LEPAS pos kembali operasi hantar surat ke luar negara semula. Sekian terima kasih kerana memahami.

First of all, I want to explain why I deleted my post about 'How to send mail to international'. The information in my posting is based from my experience and I know it helped a lot of you guys who wants to send mail and parcel to other countries. In this posting, I want to highlight that the information I wrote in the deleted post was not resourceful right now especially in COVID-19 situation.
In COVID-19 situation, Pos Malaysia has stopped their courier services to international countries except Singapore until further notice. So if you want to refer how much for mail per weight, or how much for postcard, I'm really sorry I can't help you. I had to private all the recent postings about mails and stuffs. There were many people commented in those posts "WHY MY MAIL DOESN'T REACH TO RECIPIENT YET?" in COVID-19 situation, pos is not available. So your mails or parcels might be stuck at KLIA hub or pos centre. Since so many people refers to my posting in this current situation, and they confidently send their parcels to international eventhough I've already inform in my posting about Pos Malaysia has stopped their international courier services until further notice.
So I hope you guys understand. I'm sorry because I can't help you in this situation. You can call Pos Malaysia customer service regarding your unsent parcels or mails. I'm not a post officer so I don't know how it worked. I just write a post based on my experience. I ask you politely not to reveal you tracking number here because it is very confidential.
I promise when all the situation has comes to an end or AFTER Pos inform they will open back their international courier services, I will write more about how to send mail. Thank you for understanding.
